Welcome to a new virtual gallery.
Today’s artist is Belinda del Pesco, a painter and printmaker living in Southern California.

She was recommended to me by Laura Wambsgans. And she was right.
I love her invigorating colors, the fresh, spring-is-here, happy-to-be-alive compositions. She is joie-de-vivre in watercolor. |

Hi Alfred, Thanks so much for your comment on my blog, and your kind words in this post. I’m glad you like my work. It is indeed a very fun adventure to make it, and I’m smiling that you see it in the paintings. You asked for some details about me: I’m a painter and printmaker living in Southern California. I grew up in New England where my grandparents settled after emigrating from Italy, Canada and England. All four of them are/were creative, and this appreciation for music, art, engineering, gardening, invention, etc. was passed down to me. I’ve been a professional full time artist since 2001, and my studio is in my home. I sell my work from my daily art blog, and on Ebay & Etsy, as well as Art Festivals in California and Arizona. I also exhibit in galleries in California and Nebraska, and regional group shows in Los Angeles.
Thank you again for writing such nice things…
