Nancy e o descoperire mai veche, mi-am notat pagina ei de web acum câteva săptămâni și abia azi am timp să v-o prezint.
Este foarte prolifică, de 9 ani pictează câte un tablou în fiecare zi și din decembrie 2006 are un blog personal pe care le expune.
Tablourile ei par să fie mici experimente de culoare și textură îndrăznețe.
După un timp petrecut pe blogul ei, îmi deveniseră familiare și am început să recunosc temele și stilul.
Nancy are un stil bine definit (ceea ce cred că e mai greu de atins în pictură abstractă).
Vizitând blogul ei o să puteți urmări evoluția acestui stil în timp.
Îmi plac diversele combinații de culori cu aspect de oxizi metalici.
Îmi place aspectul erodat al picturilor ei, care îmi aduce oarecum aminte de Jeremy Lipking.
Majoritatea sunt acrilic pe hârtie (cele de mici dimensiuni), altele sunt acrilic pe pânză.
Au dimeniuni de la 6×6 inch la 30×40 inch.
Poate nu e chiar o idee bună să vă prezint atât de multe picturi ale ei deodată dar sunt doar o mică parte din ce am găsit pe blogul ei, cele care mi-au plăcut mie cel mai mult. Încercați să le priviți cu atenție, nu vă grăbiți să treceți la următorul, bucurați-vă în liniște de ele.

I am so glad you read it and you approve with it.
I spent the last 3 days adding some bilingual features to the site.
I hope everything went well and I won’t have technical surprises.
Anyway, I have translated the article so you can read it, cause those online translation engines are not yet fluent in Romanian.

From now on, I intend to publish in both languages, at least the articles about visual arts.
I will probably never be able to translate all of them, like those on poetry but it is a start.
